We will begin to process your order as soon as we have confirmed receipt of payment from Paypal. All orders ship out within 3 business days from the date we have processed your order unless you specify otherwise. We can hold your orders (no storage fees) for up to 100 days if you require delayed shipment. Shipment will normally be made to Paypal registered address only. However, if you want to send to 3rd party’s recipient address as gift item, please give us special instruction and follow details stipulated in the Payment Policy. Please contact us immediately if there is a problem or question with your order so that we can correct such issues before shipment.

We normally use Hong Kong Post services for the shipment and the mail tracking system can be available via http://app3.hongkongpost.com/CGI/mt/enquiry.jsp website. The freight cost will be included in the price of products, and additional cost will be charged if you choose for EMS speed post or others choice of international courier varies according to country such as DHL, UPS, FedEx etc.222

Airmail

Airmail parcels shipments are carried out through Hong Kong post office. You can check the shipping status on the abovementioned website. This shipping option is suitable for smaller shipments with a weight of below 2kg and not very urgent shipments. Normally, customers will receive the parcels within 7- 10 working days. However, if you still cannot receive the parcels in 10th day (start from the day you received the tracking number information from us), please send us an email with the information of parcel and tracking number. We will follow up the case immediately. If you still cannot receive the parcels in 30th day, we will refund. In some cases, the parcels may be locked up by customs, we will not respond for this issue.

 

Express Mail service (EMS) speed post

Express Mail service (EMS) speed post is another local courier shipment solution from the Hong Kong Post which is run by Government. EMS Speed post shipments are very safe, reliable and take usually around 3 to 4 days to reach your destination. Tracking numbers for all EMS shipments will be sent to you by email for your convenience after your order was sent out. Customers can track their parcels online again on above mentioned website. Here are some examples of how to track EMS Speed post shipments in some countries:  In USA - http://www.usps.com, in U.K. - http://www.parcelforce.com and in Germany - http://www.deutsche-post.de. Please note that the online tracking will only work once the shipment has already reached your country, which usually happens within 1-2 days after the actual shipping date. However, if you still cannot receive the parcels in 7th day (start from the day you received the tracking number), please send an email with the information of parcel and tracking number to inform us. We will follow up the case immediately. If you still cannot receive the parcels in 14th day, we will refund. In some cases, the parcels may be locked up by customs, we will not respond for this issue.

 

Terms and Conditions

There are two payment methods now available for customers, namely Paypal and Telegraph bank Transfer (T/T). For details please refer to the Payment Policy.

All the items will be tested and quality-checked to ensure the items are working as stated in their descriptions. Please note all our items (except technology products) carry one year warranty. Shipping and insurance fee (which can be arranged on behalf of you) are non refundable. Upon receipt of order, please consider the following:

1. Registered mails or international couriers require a signature from the recipient for proof of delivery, and this is a fast and secure way to have your products delivered. Therefore, it is important that you have to provide us with a full, accurate shipping address, and a valid delivery phone number. If you are dropshipping, this means your customer's phone number.

2. If you have to pay VAT or any import duty due to your country's import rules, the registered mail or courier will present you with a bill at the time of delivery. You have to pay any such bill to them before you can receive the goods. Please note that you are responsible for all taxes and custom & excise duty pertaining to your country.

3. Are there any damages to the parcel / packages?

IF YOU DO NOT MAKE A NOTE OF DAMAGES OR SHORTAGE OF PRODUCT OR WRONG DELIVERY ITEMS TO US, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED FOR DAMAGED OR MISSING GOODS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

AGAIN YOU MUST REPORT ANY ISSUES REGARDING OUR PRODUCT WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF ORDER OR YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED FOR DAMAGED GOODS. NO EXCEPTIONS. For details, please refer to the Return Policy.

 

Return Policy

In general, all items are non-refundable, but exchange or repair will be provided. Please be sure to read the warranty information for your purchased product. The item must be return in NEW condition and with all the original manufacturer packaging (include cartons, boxes, instruction manual etc.) and accessories unless an exception is agreed in advance. Items must not have any signs of abuse or intentionally damaged. We will accept a return and either repair the item, replace the item with an identical new item, replace the item with an equivalent item that buyer accept. However, any exchange or replacement will require the buyer to return the item first before sending the replacement item. All defectives or discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of receipt of goods, FREE exchanges of new item will be provided. However buyer will be responsible for returning shipment cost. If item is reported after 7 days but within 14 days, we can still provide FREE exchange; however buyer will be responsible for both way of shipping cost. Any damages that were not reported to us within the designated time period will not be refunded.

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone for any reason. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions on this site.

Please note that you are responsible for finding out in advance about the legality of importing your ordered items in your country. Therefore we are not responsible for confiscated items by your local authorities or any associated costs incurred. It is entirely your responsibility to find out in advance when placing order whether your ordered items are subject to import restrictions or not. We will ship you whatever you order, so we do not accept liability in the case of failed delivery of goods, where they have failed to clear your country's local Customs - either in cases where the goods are turned back or in cases where the goods are seized.

Through our experience, we do assist you by manually checking all orders to screen possible region / compatibility inconsistencies; we do not accept returns of healthy products which were simply mis-ordered by you. For example, if you are in an NTSC video color region, PAL products definitely is unfit for your market or you have to check whether your locality has free DVB-T broadcasts before buying DVB-T digital TV receivers.

The denomination of all of our items is in US currency, therefore for local and customers who live in China that want to settle payment by HK currency. The exchange rate is US$ 1 = HK$ 7.80.
